This is a day tour where we travel to the beautiful area of Landmannalaugar, located at the center of the Icelandic highlands. On our way we travel through Thjórsádalur valley and stopping at Hjálparfoss, which is one of the country’s loveliest waterfalls. During the tour, we travel through magnificent rhyolite landscape with a kaleidoscope of pink, brown, green, yellow, blue, purple, black and white sand.

After that we travel to Ljótipollur, an explosion crater lake which is located in the south highlands, as well as exploring the hotsprings of Landmannalaugar where you will have an opportunity to bathe in the natural hotspring water. Following your dip, in the warm hot spring water, we will travel to Mount Hekla, one of the most active volcano in Iceland, where our jeeps will take you 950 meters up the side of the volcano.
